Many people dread the idea of purchasing new glasses because many retail eyeglass shops feel like used car dealerships- bad service and high pressure.

At Cochrane Family Eyecare, the opticians are not on commission and they do not have sales goals to meet. This means that our only goal is to help you find the perfect pair of glasses that will fulfill both your wants and your needs. We will give you our honest opinions and offer you all the options, and then allow you to decide what you truly want, in a fun, no-pressure environment.

Dr. Cochrane strives to honor his patients by seeing his patients as close to the time of their scheduled appointment as possible. We value your time, just like we value your eyes!

Convenience:

Our office is open six days a week (Monday-Saturday) to make it easy for you to see the doctor and visit our optical shop. We also keep later hours than many other optometrists in the Reno/Sparks area.

Selection:

Our optical carries frames from over 40 different designers, which gives you access to a huge array of shapes, sizes, styles, colors, and prices ranges. We also carry sunglasses, sports glasses, contact lenses, and custom-designed sun-clips.
